Playing catch-up on your vids mads but really good tips I've recently changed my camera so am in the learning stage as I've gone from a canon 80D to an EOS R so it is a bit different I tend to agree with Nick page in saying a photo is 50 taking it and 50 processing but I use ON1 Photo Raw not Adobe so would say Lr/Ps are not 'must haves' I also fall into the camp of people who do not mind having iconic images which are not 'unique' I'd rather have my photo of Horseshoe bends, Mesa Arch, Lone tree at Buttermere etc on my wall rather than a better photographers as the image is personal to me really enjoy your vids including the Denmark series as it's clear you invest your time and energy in all of them and don't churn them out for the sake of it Comment from : Steve2426 |

You are the nicest landscape photographer youtuber out there, and the most fun to watch Down to earth, and you are not overdoing the videos by repeating different catchphrases several times in each video just for the sake of trying to oversell the videos They are perfect as they are, focusing on the subject and keeping it real Comment from : Péter Cseke |
|

Thanks Mads! I always enjoy your videos and enthusiasm The one extra tip I would suggest is to allow yourself to slow down, see the scene, enjoy the process Yes, there are times when you have to rush during quickly changing light, but slowing down really helped me in macro, in landscape, in all my photography Comment from : Robert Hoselton |
|
Thanks Mads! Comment from : Robert White Photography |

You have to get best out of the scene, and make it look like it's wasn't taken with iphone Go big, push the camera and your limits 💪💪💪 Comment from : GyDRyUs |

Thank you, Mads, for great Tips I think we are all guilty of being lazy in some areas, and your tips are excellent, especially knowing your camera We get a new one, and just want to go out and try it, start shooting I did exactly what you said and sat down with my camera on a tripod beside me, and reviewed how to use your camera on youtube I found things I didn't know were there!!! LOL, that will teach me !! I am so much more comfortable with that camera now Going through your Photoshop course now, huge help in editing, and reading your e-book, they have been very helpful in understanding composition I took a dip with my canon camera a few weeks ago :-( it was weather sealed and did very well being submerged all things considered Long story, but saved the camera, from smashing it on the rocks should be out shooting again next week Thanks again! Was fortunate to have been on a trip to London recently, so I took the approach that its better to have something in the camera rather than being too picky As you said Mads, you have the opportunity to edit afterwards and on this occasion, I was glad I did as already I have one of my favourite images form this year which was taken during harsh light, no clouds, but now a black and white fine art image Comment from : scotty4418 |
