Edit: Watch Dogs Legion has received a patch that improves performance while driving on the base PS4 Pre-patch the PS4 could drop to 25fps and in the same section it only drops to 27fps Performance on Xbox One S seems unchanged with the patch bitly/37SpnyybrbrXbox One X uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being approximately 3648x2052 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 2773x1560brbrPS4 uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being 1920x1080 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 1564x880 Edit: A lower pixel count at 1440x810 was found on PS4brbrXbox One S uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being 1600x900 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 1152x648brbrPS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the highest native resolution found being 2880x1620 and the lowest native resolution found being approximately 2133x1200, and this is downsampled from when outputting at 1080p with forced supersampling disabledbrbrPS4, PS4 Pro and Xbox One S use a form of temporal reconstruction that can increase the pixel count up to the upper bounds found on each console (eg up to a maximum of 2880x1620 on PS4 Pro) when they are rendering natively below this figure Xbox One X also uses the same temporal reconstruction but it can increase the pixel count up to 3840x2160

If you currently own a One S I would recommended upgrading to the Series S The CPU/GPU are significantly better and Watch Dogs Legion will have raytracing on Series S The increased RAM, GPU and CPU performance will smooth out a lot of the fps, screen tearing and crashing issues The SSD will also be a lot quicker The only downside is that it is digital only

Hello VGTech ! Just a question : It is possible for you to made a video about SSD inside Pro and One X and compare performance in games with and without SSD ? I ask you this because I put recently a SSD on my One X and it seems the performance on games are a little better than a HDD installation On BFV for example, it's like the frame rate are more constant, Dirt Rally 20 and others too, the frame rate, vsync etc seems to be better The UI interface was very slow for me in HDD (and that's why I put a SSD inside my One X) and made my One X very hard to utilise it but with SSD it's a new console ! UI is quick as never : All respond very fast and it's a real pleasure now to play one my One X ! I'm just curious to see if SSD ameliorate really the performance of games or not ! Hope you the best

I have this game preordered and the more I see it, the more impressed I am With that said, this is also going to be my first Series X game due to smart delivery With the One X impressively pushing almost a true Native 4K, I am a bit puzzled as to why the Series X is also 4K 30fpsbrbrI know this game is demanding, and running it at 4K 60fps with Ray Tracing is impossible, even on the mighty RTX 3090 at Ultra settingsbrbrI have yet to see this game running on a Series X, so I'm curious as to what the upgrades are, aside from native 4K and Ray Tracing I expect much better settings, perhaps ultra Otherwise, I'd much rather have 4K 60fps, or an option to play at 60fps with ray tracing turned off
