I was given a MacBook Pro and it hasn’t been updated for years I tried to update and now it keeps restarting I made a system backup but unable to get it to go into Mac utility mode Did a diagnosis test and found nothing wrong Tried the command r tried the shift tried the option for internet recovery Still nothing I have mostly windows computers I do have and iPhone and iPad Any help is greatly appreciated Comment from : Dana Marie Fellers
