I have a mental issues that force me to try and avoid touching my family members and their things and also to try make them not touch my things or me this led to me being scared to put my clothing in the laundry machine because well my family put their clothing in that machine and as I said: I don't want my things to touch their things so for months I let my clothing get dirty and I haven't changed clothing since april because all of all of my other clothing getting dirty also it's because my family members touched my other clothes lol this issue has impacted me in pretty much every aspect of my life now and it exhausts me every single day (I do shower though, I'm not that gross you guys)brMy mother wants to take me out tomorrow to buy new clothing, I haven't gone out since early march because covid frightened me so with all of these issues combined, the thaught of me going out to buy clothing bwith a family member/b while it being quarantine season makes me tear up and kinda panic

Suggestions 1 Wear a mask when you have to go outside 2 Wash your hands and face at least after you return home Or take a shower if you can 3 Change your clothes and place them quietly to let the virus go (or put them into dryer because when the temperature is higher , the virus is less active)4 After all of those have been done, enjoy your fruits

If I have to go I wear my mask, gloves, glasses, light raincoat over my clothes, hair tightly pulled back I get stuff as fast as I can and get out Sanitizer when done and shower when I get home Maybe it’s overkill but better than getting sick

Here in Spain, before you can enter shop you have to have mask & put on gloves supplied by shop, not your own gloves, because own gloves have been in contact with lots of things before entering shop, if you insist to wear own gloves security guard will spray gloves down with a alcohol based cleaning solution

People over 70 should not go outside? Does that mean there are absolutely no safe zones for them? What about their yards, decks or places in nature with no people?
