All of these tips remind me of my OCD-like habits, I have been diagnosed with anxiety but not OCD btw, yet I personally still call these habits of mine OCD brseeing all of these safety hazards don't comfort me because I know other people do these things now, I actually feel uncomfortable knowing that these habits are demanded now, so I unfortunatey avoid hearing or talking about this stuff because it makes me feel teased br( I of course know that these safety hazards aren't about me or trying to mock me, I just wanted to rant a bit )
