Very good video- clear advice for navigating junctions Although making eye contact with drivers is a bit of a stretch brAlso it’s really poor that half the cyclists in the video don’t have helmets on! It’s basically a death wish on UK roads And preferable to have lights on your bike too!

This bike was really easy to assemble wwwyoutubecom/post/UgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments The frame had some small scratches, but nothing majorI did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tiresOverall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike

I'm not convinced when turning right you should take up a central road position It's fine if you're in a car and follows the highway code, the manoeuvre would simply stop the traffic from moving past you On a bike it's too easy to end up marooned in the centre of the road with streams of quickly moving traffic on either side Slower but safer pull in on the left and wait for a break in the traffic both ways

Useful video but I don't think that showing cyclists riding on busy roads whilst not wearing a helmet is a good idea

Making eye contact with vehicles behind is dangerous and not practical and pulling into a central position to make any manoeuvre is also dangerous and unnecessary 😂
