I’m 10 months out and the my nape, crown and edges are very bad My hair is still falling out so badly I may not be getting enough protein or something but this is stressing me out so badly My hair looks horrible Before the surgery my hair was the longest it ever was and not it’s not growing at all It’s super, super thin and I feel like I’m going through menopause or something I don’t perm or dye my hair so I know it’s this surgery Comment from : I Am A Marie

I'm 3 years post and I enjoy your vids I noticed my hair loss in the shower when I would condition it and comb through it It broke off in clumps Major issues with that So, for 4 months I didn't relax or color my hair, increased my hair protein and moisture treatments and babied it I eased up on the amount of product I used as well That was successful Protective styles like braiids, wigs, ponytails and head wraps work well Do continue to take yourt vitamins, get your water and protein in For some people, unless you take a high dosage of Biotin, it doesn't really help (noI'm not telling you to run out and get someI'm not a Dr) Some use Jamaican Black Castor Oil on scalp, edges and nape Comment from : Shannon920
