ive spent 3months losing weight from 105kgs - 86kgs now bri didnt have a job in almost 7months & used $40-$70 a week on my own food brit woulda been easier with a job brbut i did it having alot of mental health issues ptsd of my past & physical with arthitis & breathingbrbut i stopped smoking cannabis as well brbrmy set weight is 75kgs brim start doing alot more strength work & yoga for stability my joints werent aligned properly nor had any money to go to specialist & chiropractors i cant afford so tabooing everything naturally brNO SUPPLEMENTSbrNO PROTEIN SHAKESbrNO HETIC DIET brbronce i get to 80kgs im start looking at my facial features with pigmentation issues & stretch marks as im look to get more camera open & active brive never had fotos of myself EVERbrbut am study more & do more work fitter bri dont mind it i ran 45minutes non stop on saturday my lungs a ok stilbrbeing fit is great tho b more productive bri stil think fasting with health lifestyle is needed to keep u sharp & focused im tryin for 4 to 6 days fast soonbrbrbut yeah for me its to take more fotos & b more acitive & not conservative bout my body & selfbr& to learn more once im at 75kgs i should b der decemeber im focus more on facial & skin issues & studying alot more & getting active

My kudos to you moms I lost weight and changed lifestyle before covid and maintain weight and healthy habits despite lockdown, when gyms were shut down, social distancing, gym hours changes, etc etc, but it’s really Another level difficult to do all these when you have responsibilities of being a mom & housewife I wish you the best in your journey You have no idea how much you’re influencing your kids showing them how to maintain good routines, all these healthy habits, how to be consistent and not give up Btw, I’m single, do laundry, a small load, every other week and complain about it 😂

Ive been out jogging for the past 6 months and lost a grand total of 0 Absaloutly nothing Not even 1 pound, ive now just started doing weight training, adjusting my diet, taking on more water, increasing the frequency and intesity of my runs and finishing with a sprint Week 1 done and still lost nothing whatsoever, feeling burntout already

Im a guy, however much like you at your start, I have never been "fat" but also never in shape or healthy It's really effecting me emotionally and confidence wise now that i'm in my mid 20s and still single I have been about 30-50 pounds overweight for most of my life This makes me feel like being in shape is doable in just a matter of months and maintainable!
