I think for what you want this ship for, you will need it larger, prob 5 blocks wider in centre, three blocks in front and rear, and 10 longer If you go 2 or three floors up it will start to look very dumpy I have just finished a largish carrier type ship and they are never big enough by the time you add conveyors, passages, refineries, large cargo and support ships docked etc I would start to add conveyors now, before you weld too much more PS, the small thrusters are better to use than the small industrial as they have side connection point, really handy when it is held by a block and forget to add a conveyor, they don't fall off when you replace it with a conveyor

Next/future series idea: Trader playthrough, similar to the Economy Only, but no mining (player or ship), no refining and no assembling (which were the things that killed that series for me), no pirating However, no restriction on what you could build and when This way you have to build with stuff you purchased only, you may also even say that you cannot visit the same trade station twice in the same episode or 5, to force you to move a bit more and spend fuel on your ship(s)

As a suggestion for the next series, if you want force yourself to have to rely on drones more try a ‘no suit survival’ In That drones would be a close friend!

It's more like lightning hits a position relative to the player So, if you roll a low strike distance, you're gonna get hit

I already have a name for the carrier, The AMG (Andrewman Gaming) Absolution I thinks it’s a fitting name for a series ending ship :)

28:10 You should incorporate the Willis Ducts into those spaces on the sides or as I like to call them Jeffreys Tubes Since they ARE secondary access ports and not your primary means of gaining access from within the ship
