This is one of the most honest cut videos I have seen it is very realistic (nothing comes quick or easy in this life) I did couple of serious cuts and I followed this same exact approach brMajority of people quit at the start if you see in his pics months 0-1 there is minimal improvements (when people get frustrated and quit) but after that he begins to look amazing especially months 2-3 are the biggest improvements (those are the golden months, almost daily progress)brbrA goal in mind brStaying consistentbrAnd not going too hard on the diet ( go hard but include some fruits or little bit of sweets goes a long way) Comment from : M I |

Best video imo for anyone and yes i've made it a personal mission starting from Jan 2023, to cut back on alot of my favorite junk food and stuff and lose weight in general My body type apparently is not ideal because I can put on fat as easily as Muscle so now i'm focusing on reducing all weight because i know gaining the muscle back shouldn't be a issue should i need to but the eating was the major thing i had to change for good Haven't weighed myself but i know i lost weight as people been telling me And i've had moments of self doubt cause i didn't see it as clearly as others but quitting is not an option, i'm 36 at the time of typing this so i know i'm not getting any younger so i have to fix obese image before it causes any serious problems; i started at 340lbs and i'm 6'3 and had some muscle but alot of it is fact My ideal fat percentage is 15-13 so i have a LONG WAY to go but i take each day, week and month at a time Comment from : StealthBlade98 |

Most these people that make these videos "were" fit Got off track, and just got back on They already played this game many times and their own body knows it This why they can get back into shape very quickly People who have never been in shape(skinny doesnt equal in shape) and become obese will find it VERY hard to lose weight and get in shape Everything will be new mentally and phyically Your body wont be used it and your mental state wont be used to it You will want to quit You body will tell your brain youre hungry and weak Your brain will tell your body this sucks But at the end of the day it all comes down to how bad you really want it Comment from : Frank Lock |

I've been doing these steps the exact way he explained it for a month, after a month of figuring things out looking up on the internet This video is golden, now it's not of much use to me since I already got there and I can confirm this is exactly what you need to do to ensure results (and btw yes, you do have to accept that you probably need 2-3 months of hard work to see changes) , but If someone is interested in starting their journey, this is the way to go fun part is that cutting those 500 calories is not even that bad, I personally have been cutting more to see if I got faster results, but it's not only unnecessary, it might be counter productive just doing things consistently and not overdoing it will make it enjoyable and once you get the results you can go back to maintenance and enjoy your life! It's crazy how good this plan is make sure to eat the right food with best macro to calorie ratio and you will find out that eating 2k calories a day is actually easy to do, you can even have cheat days from time to time and it will not affect you at all And the part about wanting to give up, it's spot on, had those thought and still have them til this day, but if you persevere the reward is that much sweeter Stay strong guys, don't give up!
