Thank you for this video but I have to admit that you only gave a vague amount of information on how exactly to body recomp You didn’t specify how muc cardio you did, whether or not you did weight training with it, etc, you just dumped a lot of information with no details I’m so sorry if I come across as harsh but I was really hoping to hear you give full details

Hey I've been really wanting to get back into working out, eating healthy, and feeling better in my body and your videos have helped a lot I used to do track in highschool and after my freshman semester of college, I put on a lot of weight (145 to 163) I got down to 150 and I've been at a plateau with my weight I've never done meal prep (mostly because I'm broke and $300 goes by fast in college😅) I kinda just worked out and ate whatever, but know that I'm not as active as I used to be my metabolism ain't what it used to be😅 I've been watching a bunch of your videos and taking a lot of your tips in your vids and applying them to my daily and they have helped me tremendously I really appreciate you and your vids and hopefully in the near future, I can come back to your comment section and tell you about the glutes I earned back and the weight I've lost😁

Straight up facts This explained why I lost literally two pounds of the muscle I gained I wasn’t taking in protein at all but my exercises were getting longer and more intense 😭 I did lose more fat, but I didn’t wanna lose that muscle 😢

For some reason, this journey just does NOT seem to be working Im not even aiming for a recomp even though I really should based on how my body isits just difficult I dont REALLY feel like eating most days so I only average about 1700 calories on a good day Im 142lbs I may have a hormonal issue that leads me to have a gut which sucks I guess I'll keep learning but sometimes its hard for me to not quit I've been working out since may and all I really see is some arm definition, some calf definition, and my boobs got smaller (and I love my boobs) Maybe im not pushing hard enough 🤷🏾‍♀️
