Hey I've been really wanting to get back into working out, eating healthy, and feeling better in my body and your videos have helped a lot I used to do track in highschool and after my freshman semester of college, I put on a lot of weight (145 to 163) I got down to 150 and I've been at a plateau with my weight I've never done meal prep (mostly because I'm broke and $300 goes by fast in college😅) I kinda just worked out and ate whatever, but know that I'm not as active as I used to be my metabolism ain't what it used to be😅 I've been watching a bunch of your videos and taking a lot of your tips in your vids and applying them to my daily and they have helped me tremendously I really appreciate you and your vids and hopefully in the near future, I can come back to your comment section and tell you about the glutes I earned back and the weight I've lost😁 Comment from : Iyona Fairley |

For some reason, this journey just does NOT seem to be working Im not even aiming for a recomp even though I really should based on how my body isits just difficult I dont REALLY feel like eating most days so I only average about 1700 calories on a good day Im 142lbs I may have a hormonal issue that leads me to have a gut which sucks I guess I'll keep learning but sometimes its hard for me to not quit I've been working out since may and all I really see is some arm definition, some calf definition, and my boobs got smaller (and I love my boobs) Maybe im not pushing hard enough 🤷🏾♀️ Comment from : ShogoMakishimaxx |
