I received a royal queen philodendron that lived in a pot outside all summer Saying it’s leggy would be an understatement It’s got about a foot and a half long naked stem with a little puff of leaves on top It looks like a little tree I don’t know if this was intentional from the previous owner What can I do to save it? what if a philodendron plant grew all the time in water with many roots in glass jars? Is this harmful to the plant to not pot it after it has rooted so long and growing and running with just in water? Hi Harli I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, you’re the only person I have found that has a pink princess and uses liquid dirt I’m kind of a newbie and I have two pink princesses because one is never enough and they both are from different places and they both produced new leaves but it’s like two leaves came off of one petiole on each plant is this weird or is this how they grow? Thank you so much for this video I watered mine two weeks ago and its leaves are curling up, but when I stick my finger in, he is still really moist I feel like this is a long time without watering for them though right? I also just got him three weeks ago, he already has his roots coming out of the bottom holes and he has powdery mildew (the guy who looked at him at the store said he looked healthy and wouldn't need to be repotted for another year but after doing research I don't think this guy knows enough about them lol) I really love him and I want him to succeed I also don't want to shock him too much all at once either Any advice would be much appreciated <3 Comment from : Raven Mcchesney |

My pothos n joy was very full on top when I brought her home She now has lost quite a bit of leaves and there are dark brown spots throughout the plant, the bottom growth is very healthy and lush with no browning I water her once a week with purified water when top soil is dry, she’s hanging from my ceiling with a south facing window It’s bright indirect light 💡 so I’m not sure if it’s sunburn? Im not sure if I have the HOPE or the Lickety Split It was given to me because their cat wouldn't stay out of the pot The thing just drives me crazy, because every time one leaf comes out, one starts to die I am up to 6 leaves now, (she only had two when she gave it to me) but they are all in stages of dying the outside of the leaves are brown What do you suggest that I do Its in a huge pot, and I was thinking about taking it out and putting it in new soil and a smaller pot I'm at a loss what to do Any suggestions? Hello! I have a heartleaf philodendron that I got from the clearance section of Walmart to nurse back to health it wasn't actually that bad off, just had been severely overwatered in the recent rain I put it in a pot of the correct size, let the soil dry out for about two weeks, and have been tending to it for about two weeks now It has a bunch of leaf sprouts that should be unfurling a least a little, but haven't?
