I have an optiplex 7060 (i5 8500) and i want to put and i7 9700 in it I know its compatible physically, but when i put the cpu in, it doesnt turn on I updated the system bios by downloading the latest version from dell, and it did jack sh!t Does anyone have any information as to why this is not working for me?

i saw only one come up that said it was from 2019 mind you the one i had installed already was from 2017 and when i clicked download and after all that i checked to see what version my computer had and it said 2018 any idea what i can do?
