Need an additional step at the start of the instructions If it’s been whirring away for about an hour without booting properly, is it safe to just kill it by holding down the power button?

Dell, at least my work computer is the dumbest thing ever in the tech world Once shut, expect the challenge to get it restarted If you push start button, you hear the machine hummming, and the key board is lit, after 3 seconds, humming sound stops and the key board goes dark The machines is dead If you repeat, the dumb thing repeat the same thing as well If Cheap companies want buy cheap dumb no quality computers Dell is the way to go
