Hey! I'm a beginner and I don't understand why is tip_percent declared as a int variable in the first place can't a tip have, say, 1025 percentage? And it makes it harder to calculate it down the road And can you please explain more the 0 thing? And one last thing, the half function takes 3 inputs but we end up only using one of them That's kinda of confusing, why is that? Maybe I'm missing something with how functions work, idkbrbr I would really, really appreciate it if you could help me out, thanks a lot!

Why in the half function can we use “bill” when bill is never explicitly defined? brbrWe have defined “bill_amount” but never “bill” and yet when we use “bill” in the function it uses the value of the variable “bill_amount”
