@jupiterisalive
hi! i'm taking the course and almost stopped because I couldn't figure out the code lol (it's a bad mindset I'm working on it) but thank you so much for this! it made things much more simpler <3

@nachonovo04
That was a good video explaining the solution to the problem in an easy to understand way, Rahul I can see what you mean about noobs with zero programming experience quitting the course after the first week, in your video warning about the CS50 course I have a bit of experience in Java and C#, and can see how someone without prior programming experience, a programmer's/problem solver's/mathematician's mindset could struggle with this
Comment from : @nachonovo04

@strizzyallen959
I have been stuck on the for loops and how to incorporate them to get this pset to work for a couple days and im glad I found your video Thank you!!!
Comment from : @strizzyallen959

@core7989
How fix it when columns are not going down, instead they go horizontal?

@niklastsalkos
anyone care to explain why the space printf is not correct if placed between the two other printf's? and why it only works right under it?
Comment from : @niklastsalkos

@Shazbutt23
thank you so much for this I was racking my brain trying to figure out if there was something I missed Turns out they just left out information I am an absolute beginner and had no way to know that I wasn't playing with a full deck The "hints" they give you don't really help at all and for me they led me down a rabbit trail 5 minutes into your video I yelled at my screen "THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE!" So thank you truly for this info! I appreciate you so much!!!
Comment from : @Shazbutt23

@venlaheiskanen6377
Thank you so much Rahul!!!! You’re an excellent teacher :)
Comment from : @venlaheiskanen6377

@HacksAndGlitches
So is row not initialized back to zero because it’s not nested? I’m confused
Comment from : @HacksAndGlitches

@LevyMegami
This was huge, i felt so demoralized trying to figure this stuff out The break downs of why each loop is working really helped it click
Comment from : @LevyMegami

@genesisasmr6874
my man's a genius, thank you so much, it actually has so much sense but somehow I couldn't figure it out by myself

@nickparsons3194
You are a legend was really losing confidence already after just starting and getting stuck on the first problem set The way you broke everything down was super helpful for someone who has never coded a day in their life

Comment from : @lostmarimo

@samihaaaa
You saved my life tbh BIG BIG BIG THANKSSSSSS ^^
Comment from : @samihaaaa

@vibiri5825
I wasn't having any issue with the nested loops, it was the fact you could use subtraction in the statements within the for loops which is what had me Thank you so much!
Comment from : @vibiri5825

@lanre_max
Before I even continue the video, thank you for that intro lol

@Music-Books
My nephew is trying to make it through this class I have to send him your links
Comment from : @Music-Books

@markobaboci6320
Please I need your opinion on something; If I understand all the classes very well, however, I am completely unable to do the tasks without googling (feels like copying) does it mean that I am not meant to be a programmer and should maybe consider quitting? Furthermore, especially with C, it feels like programming requires a lot of mathematical thinking is it also the case in "real life" / "job environment" programming?
Comment from : @markobaboci6320

@vedeshp3274
you are a little wrong here buddy brit does not take in br #br ##brbrit wants br #br##brbrwe don't need space before every character
Comment from : @vedeshp3274

@BobRoss-ui5kb
Mine does not work when I tell it to keep asking for height as long as the number is less than 1 or greater than 8 it will keep asking even if you input the number 7 otr 6 it's not reading the numbers correctly and idk why
Comment from : @BobRoss-ui5kb

@raymundovalencia5854
Amazing explanation I was lost but the way you used word to explain it really helped
Comment from : @raymundovalencia5854

@user-zv3nn6wf7r
are we still allowed to submit the work if we used this as a guide, or is that against the academic honesty policy??
Comment from : @user-zv3nn6wf7r

@user-yo5wk1pl2z
Is there a way to do it without using the cs50h library?
Comment from : @user-yo5wk1pl2z

@dustinstratton2946

Comment from : @jacobfuy

@pooopymist
You are so good at explaining these problem sets in detailbrCS50 is really great, but they often seem to just hand you a problem and say "Good luck!"brbrWell done!

@tat-lyubch
For some time I could't figure out why there was infinite running with spaces and with' the terminal process failed to launch (exit code: - 1)' until I realised there was spase-- in my code😮
Comment from : @tat-lyubch

@srishtimiglani6733
Thank you SO MUCH for making this video Almost gave up on the CS50 course and I'm so glad I came across this The way you explained it all and broke it down into small bits was super helpful Thank you!!
Comment from : @srishtimiglani6733

@joshuaboyell779
Because the column loop is nested in the row loop, every time row is increased, column is initialized to 0 brbrThis is the most important sentence Thank you for pointing this out so succinctly
Comment from : @joshuaboyell779

@andrelambert_
Thank you, this is the best explanation I found for this problem

@ololade_thegreat
Ive got a problem with my code, it's skipping the first line I need help please
Comment from : @ololade_thegreat

@gwsmith08
C feels so low level, being able to, i dont know, simply multiply an input or print by a number would make this so easy, every solution i thought of needed multiplying an input, meaning it couldnt be done, i instead had to make 9189491817 loops to do it This is my first language, and while im enjoying programming, C feels awful to use
Comment from : @gwsmith08

@mistachu5216
You're the best teacher ever😄brYou have so much patient in teaching us

@fuzzylogics139
Thank you so much for the calm step by step explanation sir! As someone who loves working on computers, finally started this course and now at week 1 (since 2 weeks, of which I re-watched the lecture 3 times plus the shorts AND the Section video) I am crashing into the fact that all I learned in math-class, now 3 decades ago was how to be invisible to the teacher But I will persist Even if I have to cry and hollar my way through! After 3 days of thinking about this problem, I was getting there But at some point, just stuck-stuck So I finally thought: you know what, if I was in a physical University I would go ask my peer or teacher for help by now I mean it really is just like learning a new language You're not going to learn what the word for "chicken" is unless somebody tells you it is "Poulet" in French, right? No shame my fellow students in the comment section!
