Why not use washers on the heatpipe between the fins to space them? You wouldn't even need epoxy beyond under the bottom fin to hold up the entire stack

And why is it round anyways? xDbrAnd i liked alex's idea of just filling it with thermal paste xD Knowing thermal paste is such a bad heat conductor and just meant to fill tiny gaps because it transfers heat a bit better than air xD

Next time just copper plate the copper tube in copper sulfate Degrease the tube and dip it into the copper sulfate solution until it thickens and fit tightly
