This method is very bad Mosfets do not conduct electricity in the saturated state, generate a lot of heat and have very poor performance It only runs for a moment only!

I did a test on the lm2596 and added 4 npn transistors and oar resistors, they used a heater on the load, used two 24v input batteries, I got 13 amps at the output without any heating of the lm2596, I didn't have a stronger load, it could draw up to 20 amps

Линейный стабилизатор на полевых транзисторах, понижающий модуль служит регулятором стабилизированного напряжения В принципе смысл в этом понижающем блоке питания есть, ведь в итоге получаем стабилизированное и регулируемое напряжение Если не ожидать высокого полезного действия

This is one of the most absurd designs I've seen so far It is nothing but a source follower circuit with the gate fed by an adjustable voltage produced by a grossly over-elaborate circuit A simple 100 mA 3-terminal adjustable regulator such as the low-power version of the LM317 would be just fine as the adjustable voltage source In fact if you did it properly you could take the feedback for the LM317 from the source of the FET follower and actually get real voltage regulation You would have to be careful and there is a possibility that you'd need to use some frequency compensation for stable loop operation

hocam benim elimde mosfet olarak p75nf75 yüksek amperli mosfet vardı onları kullandım ancak aşırı derecede ısındı 20w değerinde 12v bir ampul kullandım güç kaynağı olarakta 12v 12amper bir led trafosu kullandım modülde hiç ısınma yoktu ancak işte mosfetlerim gücü verir vermez ısındı

i ripped out the inductor and used pin 2 to drive the mosfets mosfets are also configurated in the normal switching operations, and not series through as in your circuit and i found that the voltage remained constant on load or without mosfets do get hot and will need better cooling almost perfect variable voltage regulation

I made this project and it did not work well, voltage cannot be regulated well because it drops too much with a light load and you have to modify it for each amp load and for each input voltage The mosfets get too hot, even with large heat sinks, this project needs to modify the inductor coil, it is incomplete, it is nonsense to use that module as it is proposed
