I recently got the Elgato HD60 S and it runs mostly great except for slight lag every once in a while but I believe the lag is because my computer isn't the best and I don't have a video card for my computer My computer is kinda fast but not the best I plan on getting a better computer when I save up enough money I'm planning on buying an actual gaming PC According to what people told me the specs on my current computer aren't very good though since I'm able to check what my specs are on a website

I just purchased the Elgato hd60 Pro and I'm streaming from PS4 what I'm having an issue with is input lag meaning if I hit the joystick or a trigger it has a small delay and as well in addition to that there is also a bandwidth low signal that comes in but my upload speed is 80 megabits per second

So which is more powerful? I'd have to assume the pro all the way, but even so is that power worth the portability of the hd60s, but if your labtop isn't powerful enough to take this to an event or travel to another gamers studio there really isn't any point in the portability? Because even on my xps 13 the hd60 pro had an audio desync issue that I spent over 36 hours real time trying to debug with no results

New to all this and have a question: I am building a new system with a 1440p 144hz monitor If I use a screen capture card or software like this Elgato (or OBS or whatever), will I still be getting 1440p 144hz on my screen as I play, or will my resolution and speed drop to 1080p 60hz? yeah I currently record but I really do need one of those hd60 Pro for my pcie port on my computer I'm currently in the process of doing a upgrade to my computer a pretty big one at that I'm going to be getting a new motherboard probably some more RAM and SSD that motherboard should hopefully have a pcie slot I could spare to put it in the hd60 Pro you know I would really like to get into streaming excetera excetera that would make it easy
