4:54 I did exactly the same as you but the top right doesn't show the elgato at all It says "No capture devices found," and the sound capture bit just says "take control of your PC audio with" because I didn't install elgato sound capture when installing game capture I had no idea I was gonna need sound capture at the time So now i have to reinstall it just to install sound capture? there is no way to download it later? the initial install is the only chance??????

Does it work with HD50 X? Why is everyone using the HD60 S? X is objectively better, right? I got a red flashing light meaning no signal with a OREI HDMI splitter brbrHoping I don't have to get OBS and the elgato app, since i already got it set up and my desk is in such a state i cant use mouse and keyboard at the same time to make room for the capture and splitter

not working for me elgato hd60 as soon as i hit elgato in the video capture sources my screen goes blank, i remove the source ps3 screen pops up on monitor any ideas? when i click to configure settings it says HDCP in red with a circle it dont on yours whys that?

THanks for this, yes anything RED on volumes is when the signal goes above "0" decibles You always want 0 or below, I am aim for around -6db average when doing input so you get some headroom for dynamic range and you can always normalise to -01 in post

Ah dammit Doesn't work as expected on the old version It always says "device is already in use" So using non digital PS3 cable again or splitter Castlevania SOTN PSN game is a problem with my splitter, dunno why Get black screen Works with Elegato PS3 cable though

Your settings don't quite work OBS is constantly updating, and they might have you reconfigure the setup to make the elgato recognize the PS3
