Hold on a minute, there’s absolutely no difference in moisture level between air cooling and water cooling as long as your loop isn’t leaking, and if your loop is leaking on to your graphics card, it’s gonna get fried before it has a chance to corrode So there’s no reason you couldn’t use copper shims for water cooling, just make damn sure you get the correct size Comment from : False Prophet |

Dandy so i have to ask, we should use same thickness as the original pads always? im using 15mm on my EVGA hybrid cooled 3090 and i feel like temps are not great, this uses original 225mm thickness so what should i use thick wise for new shims? Comment from : Pav1u |
