I'm getting 1453 in multi core and 98 in single corei tried to under volt but didn't do anything

I don’t understand about this high temp issue I have always 4,5 - 4,6GHz on every core and temp is max 70 I have noctua NH-D15 and fractal design define 7 XL case I have not done any tweaking and temp are pretty good

Did you make separate profiles when you are not gaming so the cores are not running 45 ghz at all times? Or does it not do any harm while idle?

Hey there! br Nice video and I tried this method as well and it worked great brHowever I dug deeper and now I'm running curve optimizer with the 5950x at -12 all core Yet I still didn't like the voltages in game load so I added a offset of now (negative) 0500 and played around and tried 0625 for max performance Temps are around 50c ish on idle and games like valorant go from 65c - 78c depending on game animations ect Love the chip but oh my it's a hot one

Do you know if setting my CPU voltage from auto to manual 125 is safe? Im getting 40° on iddle and 60-65° while gaming while getting 4700-4800mhzbrbrMy only concern is if setting cpu voltage to a static number will damage my CPU in s long term

Try your setup with windows defender full scan for few min :D my pc just shut down due to high cpu temp

my 5950x hit 90C on idle, I have Corsair H115i AIO, I had to undervolt it from ryzen master to make it stable, now it is 47C idlebrI am planing to buy Noctua but I am not sure it will cool it or not

I have set all cores to 45 ghz and volt to 135 Do you think it will give me stable performance? My temperature issues got fixed now It stays under 45 degree celsius during normal task and below 70 under full load!

WeirdI was playing MW on my 5950x and never went above 65 at 4k and almost all settings at high to ultrabut mine is hooked up to an AIO by cooler master with 240 rad

Never significantly undervolt Ryzen 3 series It will just result in clock stretching and you won't get real performance gains that are significantly better If you want to lower power consumption and increase efficiency for gaming, adjusting PPT, TDC, and EDC is the way to go

wow iv got a 5950x with iCUE H150i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler my idle temp is 31-32c , youtube playing temp 37c, in game mode playing halo temp 45c get the right liquid cooler it does state on box that u cant use fan cooling and must be done by liquid cooled

These are normal operating temps for this CPU, I’m surprised people in the comments are trying to find a reason for the high temps AMD also advertises this as a very warm processor Undervolting is super useful when you just want to game and to stay cooler during long gaming sessions in the summer, bravo for this tutorial!

I'm with you on the temps seeming unacceptable I hit 90c sometimes while gaming after a few hours For me this is way to hot and it bother the heck out of me
