i dye my hair with pure henna and it’s made my hair grow so much faster and healthier Also since i have curly hair, oil has done so much for my hair because my hair is very coarse and dry I get my hair from my mother who’s from lebanon

I’m in my 40’s With thick long hair past my waist, and it grows fast I stopped coloring my hair in 2021, and I minimize the use of heat Those two things seems to be the biggest game changer for my faster growing, long thick locks Even though my hair is much healthier, my ends are still pretty dry and frizzy I’ve tried Olaplex 3 However I didn’t see any difference Maybe a moisture mask once a week will help Do you have any suggestions on any of your favorite oils or serums? Do heat protectants work? Thanks!!!

My hair is down to my thighs I havent had a trim in over 10 years and i use very cheap shampoo and conditioner ( Vo5 extra body ) Pple cant believe how long and healthy looking it is I think genetics plays a part I dont use olaplex or hair masks but i do use leave in conditioner religiously I also only wash my hair twice a week and never use heat styling I just braid it for waves the next day I dont use a harsh hairbrush I use the wet brush

I bought all the recommeded products like half a year ago and definitly notice that my hair improves However, i get extreme dandruff and itchy scalp from the pink redken shampoo Any idea why?

I've cut my hair Chinese bob in 2022 and the back of my hair haven't grown ever since, i haven't cut it since that day at the back and on the crown , ive tried everything and it doesn't grow longer, i don't use my iron and dyed my hair last year November dont wash it often and my hair is getting thinner and fall out alot everyday, on the sides of my head my hair grow and that is the only place my hair grows Its breaking my self esteem and my confidence because i can't do anything with my hair because of the back hair that refuse to grow thinking of cutting my hair off very short hoping it will grow back but also scared that it won't grow back al all its now 2 years later and my back hair of my head is still 3cm What can i do?

FOR EVERYONE WATCHING please be careful! His advice is really great but make sure to get a second opinion before putting new products in your hair I watched his videos and got the redken volume shampoo, with purology and olaplex no 7… It worked well for a little bit but The olaplex caused my hair to break and fall out and I lost 8 in of my hair because I put too much in That’s NOT on him that’s on me for not properly applying or asking for a second opinion ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AND MAKE SURE the products will work for your hair ALWAYS

What's the difference between conditioner and leave in conditioner? Can you just file your conditioner and put it in a spray bottle? They are the same ph and I'm not seeing any particular ingredient that would differentiate between them So, what is they key difference between them?

I started using castor oil on my ends about 8 months ago My hair is growing longer quicker than ever before and looks so healthy and feels great I work a bit of oil (about the size of a quarter) into the wet ends of my hair I only do my hair twice a week I use a oil heat protection for my hot iron and a leave-in conditioner
