I can do 25pullups n 50 bar dips unbroken and still can't muscle up I'm very close to hitting though And I'm sure that I'll go from no reps to a 5clips minimum once I learn it

I think I might get better at wall climb ups first because rn I’m at level 225 (Phase 3 except kind of higher up and nipples to the wall), but I might try getting to lvl25(nipples over the wall)/275(Pose Like Ze Prince)/3(Straight Arm Climb Up) Also, I saw Parkour Journeys’s tutorial for the Wall Climb Up And I can still try it now ofcbrbrTue/06/22/2021 at 14:01 EDT2

Great video I disagree with the idea that you need to do 10 pull ups to do a muscle up though I think being able to do 3-5 high explosive pull ups translates much better If you can do a lot of pull ups but don't have the explosive strength trained, it'll be a lot harder

EHHHHHHHHH don`t do this do normal muscle ups if u always do muscle ups from motion u won`t get gains and it`ll be harder to do normal muscle ups do 5 explosive muscle ups and 10 normal chin over the bar that should get you to 1-2 muscles depends on your grip
