I have mine horizontally, I've seen some videos with the gallium oxidizing on one end of the apu, I just assume its because the ps5 was sitting vertically and overtime gravity causes the gallium to set on one side while the other side oxidizes and loses the ability to transfer heat efficiently Comment from : Soap |

For the people still saying about the liquid metal “shouldn’t stand it up” #1 there is 3 ps5s in my home and not one has had that problem also the only one that has had that problem was a guy with his ps5 in the repair shop they did a hdmi swap and the people didn’t screw down the heatsink on the cpu/gpu properly causing the ps5 to leak liquid metal because there was a gap also if liquid metal is so bad standing up you should question liquid metal pcs and maybe pcs should be lying on its side too :) Ik I’m a nerd🤓 Comment from : Exetasia エクセタシア |
