Personally have a fat model and even if the slim has a second in speed I genuinely don’t prefer it , all my friend who had slims had there’s crap out on them and there not the type to take bad care of a system, my fat model is my original from realese and it still works perfectly fine

i have the fat version and its very comfortable and the screen is great, idk about the ps vita slim but atleast you wont need a special charging cable for it since it uses micro USB
