I like doing pyramid reps starting with 1 rep up to 21 depending on the workout daily or every other day Goal is to get to at least set 20 within 6 weeks If I haven't done pushup for awhile it usually takes about 2-3 weeks to get to set 21 under 25 minutes

I did a challenge a few months ago that I would do 100 push ups a day fir a whoel week and I actually realised that j could do a lot more push ups like all the way to 60, before I could do like 40, so I guess that helped
