Excellent video and advice Should all pull-ups (or chin-ups) be done from a 'dead hang' position? I have a pull-up bar at home but the ceiling is too low so my feet are already touching the floor when I grip the bar so I can't dead hang (unless I fold my legs) Comment from : ILLUSION-ZONE |
