I'm hoping video's owner updated the drivers and ran the Geforce optimizer before playing these games in the PC; my GTX 860m runs BF4 like butter at 60fps most of the time, in a slightly cheaper rig with the Lenovo y50-70

Just wanted to clarify, those generally (from my experiences) looking for the 860M are often looking for a portable computer first, and a gaming machine second The Maxwell architecture has several advantages over Keplar, that being it is more energy efficient, requiring less power and subsequently generating less heat, meaning laptops equipped with the 860M do not need the same large cooling systems that the 870M and 880M require, subsequently reducing size and weight and increasing mobility quite significantly, while also increasing both the battery life and the life span of the laptop This makes the 860M an ideal choice for someone purchasing a laptop for (lets say) university, who needs a new laptop to type lecture notes, word process essays, and/or program, but also wants to engage in computer based hobbies (such as video editing), watch blu ray movies in bed, and do some gaming (remember, graphics cards are designed to produce graphics, and not exclusively for games) If you are after higher frame rates, your best choice would be to go for either the 870M or 880M, both of which will produce higher frame rates than the PS4 (although I would not recommend either, and would instead suggest thinking about a desktop with a M-ATX form factor instead) brbrI just wanted to mention this because the comments which I have read seem to be comparing the 860M to the PS4 as if both are dedicated gaming machines, which they are not One is a gaming machine, the other is a laptop (even though manufacturers may advertise their laptops as gaming machines) This is also not to say that the PS4 and laptops do not share similar functions, (such as gaming or web browsing) I also felt there was a common misconception that people buy laptops with mobile graphics cards for gaming on (lets say) a morning commute to work (which I find highly unlikely)

GTX460M is Fermi with 192 Shader cores 192bit Ram and 60Gb/s and this beats the consols! Wow the next gen is very very bad! High-End on Pc was 2009 GTX480 480 Shader cores 384Bit Ram and 177,44 Gb/s! A gpu from 2009 beats a next gen console from 2014! Consoles are handbreaks

I think Dice should upgrade the x1 to 900p in a patch since xbox gained that 10 more GPU power Destiny reported that with the recent boost they brought the x1 up to ps4 resolution and graphical fidelity (1080p now on x1 , was 900p ) Battlefield Hardline is running 900p on both x1 and ps4 according to the IGN interview with lead developers I'm just confused on why this hasn't had a patch out yet ???
