Here's a tip for the youth academy and a system I use if I'm doing doing a youth only savebrbrIn league 2 - only keep players with minimum 55 Overall and 85 potentialbrbrIn league One - this goes up to minimum 57 overall and 87 potential (keep league 2 prospects if you get promoted) brbrIn the Championship- 60 Minimum Overall 90 potential (start releasing league 2 prospects that aren't developing fast enough) brbrIn the Premier League - minimum 63 overall and 90 potential, there is no need for more than this and by now your best league two prospects and some League One prospects will be breaking into the team eventually with this method by maybe the championship you no longer need to sign players

I agree with this The accepting losses is something that I never personally had an issue with I've always been a fan of doing road to glory saves or youth development saves so if I lose the first couple of years, I don't mind brbrHowever I do understand that sometimes things happen that make you want to throw your controller through the screen!brbrOne of my favourite saves is my current one on fifa 23, with volendam in HollandbrbrFocusing on youth development, first season I got spanked most of the time but seeing my players develop did help that a lot Currently in season three and we're more competitive but still only mid table

I'm a career mode guy I do like the player portion but I get bored I find the manager mode is best My current CM is a team remake Personal name colors etc I set the parameters on first play of 23 and remade the weakest EFL tier 2 team and made them mixed with a 50 million start budget Made the team slightly younger and faster made my way to the premier league Bounced out of every cup early by the way, and am fighting for mid tier in the Premier league, also with early cup losses Mid tier on board expectations except continental success That's on high Of course my team doesn't warrant continental success so I've not had to fulfill that task Even with my cup losses this far, the AI seems happy with continued success mid way through season 2 in this build Depth TRULY matters in a legit manager career mode Especially if you start at the bottom

The tips are wrong imo It will end up being unrealistic and boring Don't do youth academy, don't do training and only buy players with real or decent faces That's my tip

The only problem i ran into is even when switching from main team to weak team to try keep everyone happy they end up still unhappy through play time etc frustrating as hell wish the player morale side off it wasn’t a thing (trying to build up west ham)

I'm new to this series, and if it wasn't for the FIFA 2014 World Cup on PS3, I could say I never played a FIFA game, and with that said, I'm lost in this game The menu, settings and options is way confusing brbrI started a career custom character and it's been fun, but 12 to 18 goals on the opposing team gets old fast, even if I'm playing in a German team, it doesn't seem realistic to obliterate other teams like that, but trying to raise the difficulty and the game reset back to beginner difficulty, and this is the only mode I have figured out so farbrbrI'm thinking of starting over, but losing all progress kind of sucks, so this videos kind of help

Not necessarily begginer tips but probably more helpful for advanced players who want a challenge Here's a career mode that will make you smash your head through the table but will be incredibly challenging and entertainingbrbr-Create a club, make it a 05 star rating with very young playersbr- Only keep players of the same nationality as the leaguebr- You can only buy 1 player a season, but they have to be 20 years or younger and of same nationality of the league (you can even remove this for more of a challenge) -The rest of your players must always come from your youth academy br-You have 3 seasons to clear your club out of any other nationalities brbrThe challenge ends once you decide or if you see the national team full of your team's players I think its hardcoded to never happen tho, my best was just 9 of my players in the national team first 11

FIFA was built on CM and its my best memories of the game I hope they add more to it but I can't imagine they'll invest resources in a mode that doesn't make them money like FUT

To boost realism i recommend to play on pc with mods , bcs with certain mods it makes academy more realistic

Ive found that if you learn the history of a club before using them on career mode its more fun Did this with Leicester and Newcastle

sometimes, the most basic advise and tip & tricks are the best you can give to someone great video, one of your best ones yet! I'm definitely not a beginner myself on CM but is good to remember the basics
