I started at a job, and the outline of job responsibilities was very vague and manger gave some ideas of things to work on without much details With the little info I had I started asking questions and also asked for more things to do because I had already worked on the daily things we discussed A few weeks in, they let me go without much reason or explanation The little information I had about the decision was that "daily things weren't getting done" Is this a case of poor communication, bad leadership, or poor onboarding?
