The ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) should offer official 📑forms📑 for the Incoterms

brIncoterms is a trademark of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

brICC owns the copyright to the Incoterms rules

brOnly the original text versions of the Incoterms 2020 rules published by the ICC are binding

brIf suppliers choose to use these voluntary clauses, they should attach written or electronic documents from the ICC to the contract and record them in the contract

br- communicate in writing, fairly and transparently via official forms 📑 of the ICC and at the same time increase brand awareness

brThis is not an excessive demand It would be appropriate and fair to implement this in order to avoid misunderstandings in this context
