Little mistake here, you described the incoterm FCA instead of EXW, the seller doesnt even have to load the package in to the vehicle, also the buyer has to make the export and import documentation, EXW should never be used for international trades, FCA os far better in such casesbrbrBut all in all great content

How do you call it when it’s FOB responsibility wise , but the importer pays for the freight also from the point it leaves the factory? For example the seller is responsible for the goods as long as they are in the origin country But the buyer is responsible of paying all transportation costbrIs there a name for that?

In minute 7:30 of the video both FOB as well as CFR&CIF are considered the same with respect to responsibility There is a nuance: in FOB responsibility goes to the seller at the moment is onboard This is leading to confusion

Addition to EXW: the buyer is also responsible for Loading the goods onto the truck at the factory In your video it looks like the seller loads it into the truck Even though it happens a lot, it's important to understand it is actually the sellers responsibility/risk
