Amazing details on the same exact issue I was trying to fix!! The body filler to protect the clear coat on the surrounding area to the run is genius, someone told me about it earlier today and sent me another video to watch Another person told me about the blade trick your video put all the tricks together !!brOne thing I’m curious about, what would the clear thickness be measured with a digital paint depth gauge in that area compared to the surrounding area?

Is that "glaze" the same thing that is used for bodywork before filler paint? Like fixing dents and stuff Sorry my native language is not english, so some terms like "glaze" is not familiar for me
