I've undervolt my cpu and only got a small drop in temp but with your setting i saw a huge difference from 94c to 74c while gaming Thank you for this trick and it really helped improve my laptop health a lot!! :)

Basically it reduce temperature with no significant performance loss as it was clocking more than necessary for 60 FPS gaming, with Vsync framerate lock temperatures can go even lower than that

hi ihave lenovo legion gaming laptop with ryzen 7 5800h and RTX 3070 laptop gpu(150w) so my cpu run 100 in games and gpu runs 30 of games and maximum 32-40fps in any game any setting but somethimes 100gpu usage and 10 cpu usage 90-100fps what changed

saved my msi gf65 thin 9se, i7-9750h went from 97c to 71c tops on MW2, now to try and find out how to drop my rtx 2060's temp from 81c to 74c or lower lol, thank you so much for the legitimate answer to making my laptop last longer and not die in the future from overheating :)
