After a few succesful seasons sell your developed players and replace them with young undeveloped players And never buy the same youngstars in same career modes

Take Cork City, don't move them out of the Airtricity League, make a transfer rule to never buy a player (youth academy only) strict negotiating on, obviously don't give yourself extra transfer money at the beginning Only scout in Ireland, Scotland, and Wales Become the national team coach of one of those countries Play until you win the Champions League with Cork City and the World Cup or Euros with one of the national teams I simmed every match for the entire CM, it took me 11 seasons I have no clue what CM to get in to next after this 😂

My top tip: come up with a “transfer policy” for yourself Like how Bilbao only use Basque players Or maybe go the Burnley route and buy players from the championship and league 1 and build them up Limit your signings per window too so you’re not completing overhauling your team within two windows

Just do realistic transfers and balanced when training That way your academy won’t skyrocket in value instantly (like 93 tot, 20 y/o)

for me its all about setting long term goals to keep me motivated I took a bit of a break from career mode so im currently on my second save of the year and its a road to glory with Morecambe ive said I can't create a new save until we either win the premier league or champions league and it works really well to keep me motivated with the save

I usually stay in the premier league Not just because i live in England but because there’s more games per season and every team has their own stadium Only thing that bugs me is that some other leagues play music when they score and I wish they added it to the pr silly thing to pick st but it adds fun and satisfaction to the goal

I have some standard rules in career modebr1) only keep the main nation; if you're in EPL, your club has to be fully stocked with english players, scouts and coaches You have 1 season to sell out all non english players br2) Youth academy/ wonderkids, keeping in mind rule 1, you need to build an entire 2nd team with just young players This squad has to feature in cup games and is a great way to rotate for first team fitnessbr3) you are not allowe to buy any player above the age of 21brbrYou end the challenge when you win every trophy and during the world cup, the entire starting line up is just made of your club playersbrbrOf course you're not supposed to be using big clubs, its way too easy

As long as you can check yourself with keeping it realistic IMO keeping transfers real, trying new formations making the teams default work, not signing the same players and up the difficulty as you improve So far this year I've rebuilt Valencia and Newcastle Only players from the americas LAFC Only mexican Guadalajara I'll probably do an all Nordic team soon
