I’m very late but I love that you changed the mileage! Running is very different from normal core stuff and doing 6 miles everyday isn’t exactly a solid thing to do for progress both in running and overall progress I’m happy you went for 3 miles! It’s a very underwhelming workout plan honestly The running is the harder part It’ll keep you fit at least but you won’t be that strong or muscular as seen by the resultsbrbrAfter a certain point when your body is used to the 100 sit-ups, push-ups and squats you’ll need to add weight to build more strength and or muscle Comment from : J |

Very inspiring! After beginning to work out consistently just around four years ago, I began the initial challenge minus the running (I regularly do long distance walks and runs, so no need to complicate it )and did it for three days 100 pushups, situps, and squats, though I added weight to the squats right off At my current level it was a tad easy, so today I have begun doing 200 pushups, 200 weighted (25Lb) situps, and 200 weighted (25Lb) squats, plus my optional walkbrbrIt's an awesome workout since it can be done in under thirty minutes, leaving a huge amount of time for cardio and mental tasks Comment from : Areatrance |

For me the sit-ups are the hardest idk why But i can run 2 kilometers easilybrbrAlso another guy i was watching said that we dont do sit-ups becase we will hurt our spine And instead to do reverse pushups Comment from : Midnight Shadøw |
