I got good value out of the one punch man routine, but the circumstances were VERY specificbrbrSo I weighed about 90 kilos, with height of 195cm and fat percentage around 15 At the end of the year, I decided to postpone prolonging my gym membership and do the anime thing for two months Minus the running, hell on my knees, but with three added sets of pull-ups to failure brbrAt the beginning, I had to do push-ups in 8 sets of 12, but by the end of that period I did it in 4 sets of 25 For squats and sit-ups, I became able to do them in one set This translated extremely well into overall endurance increase once I got back to the gymbrbrSo if you are like late newbie to middle-experienced with working out, this COULD potentially be a nice and useful change of pace For a period, of course — just doing one punch man training ad infinitum will lead you to a roadblock fast Comment from : Digger Nick |
