It was not his workout that broke his limiter in the series, It was actualy the stress it put onto his body, multiple near death experiences, he was training without breaks for whole 3 years, despite vommiting blood etc In real life you wont Break your Limiter Spartans for example had super harsh training since childhood, and if someone from that Era did not break his Limits nobody will pretty much Only way I can see someone Becoming Superhuman Demigod like Saitama is with very advanced Science, Lets say 200-300 years from now When DNA and Genetic manipulation is fully mastered first Superhumans will emerge

I got good value out of the one punch man routine, but the circumstances were VERY specificbrbrSo I weighed about 90 kilos, with height of 195cm and fat percentage around 15 At the end of the year, I decided to postpone prolonging my gym membership and do the anime thing for two months Minus the running, hell on my knees, but with three added sets of pull-ups to failure brbrAt the beginning, I had to do push-ups in 8 sets of 12, but by the end of that period I did it in 4 sets of 25 For squats and sit-ups, I became able to do them in one set This translated extremely well into overall endurance increase once I got back to the gymbrbrSo if you are like late newbie to middle-experienced with working out, this COULD potentially be a nice and useful change of pace For a period, of course — just doing one punch man training ad infinitum will lead you to a roadblock fast

I might be a little late But I think it really depends on how u see Saitama doing each exercise Which he uses explosive energy for each one, and is always trying to go faster at each one everyday, so he can make it in time for that bargain deal at the supermarket He makes a basic exercise harder by trying to do it faster
