ive been in love with straw bale homes since i first heard f them and likewise tiny homes ultimtely it might be nice to have two buildings or a famil complex but for 1-2 persons it;s gorgeous i especially love the pond and the bathroom kitchen bench and sink inst bad

Literally I’ve watched channels which featured multimillion homes and penthouses which don’t hold a candle to what this beautiful home represents I would love live or even vacation in a home like this!!

I agree this house is definitely a piece of art and is an extremely creative idea, however something about it just rubs me the wrong way… especially the bathroom That sink though I’m not sure I can’t explain it 🧐 I want to like it it’s just sort of creepy looking to me 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

This just reminded me so much of an earthship, only using hay bales instead of tires Earthships are fully off grid so a bit different but I absolutely adore the size and location of this home They thought through each element beautifully and it would be a real treat to stay in and just escape the city life especially if popping in for a weekend My partner and I had the honour of staying in one of the famous earthships in New Mexico last year, and my gosh, the feeling waking up on a cold february morning, seeing plants surrounding you, having a cup of coffee by the pond with fish and a turtle Nothing compares If anyone has a chance to stay here (since it sounds like its a rental) or in an earthship take it! You won't regret it <3

Absolutely not my type I don't find this "beautiful", well I'm not really into art and overly designed housesbrBUT, it certainly is unique, I don't think I've ever seen something like this Also, the the bathroom and the sink in the kitchen are really thought through Really goes seamlessly with the theme, well literally, haha brKudos to the owner/builder!brI do like the entry area with the pond, tho! and the fire place

Oh okay that doesn't make sense to me you're using straw and plaster to build your walls by hand and you're doing it yourself and you're saying 128,000 is what that would cost $90,000 for that must be the price of the land the $90,000 because but I find it hard to believe that you spent 128,000 building this house that seems insane you must have got ripped off because I mean this is grass we're talking about you made it out of hay and plaster and you did it yourself you should have used recycled materials I thought that's what you were using it just seems a little off in price-wise I mean that doesn't make sense maybe I guess that means the pond you were talking about you're talking about that the bulk of that money is going towards making that pond area and that moat in the yard I guess and the price of the fish and s***
