Thank you so much! I turned on my ps5 and it said something about console failed and i thought it was my friend who did something because we share a account sothat if he gets a game i also get it or if i get a game he also gets it

Mine is permanently stuck in safe mode, I also downloaded the software off of ps and it tries to download it But gets to 20 and says it can't do it

I am so happy I found you !!!! My sons ps5 was shut off improperly 3 times due to a bad storm and I swore it was shot we just bought it a few months back ! We weee stuck on safe mode and only let us do the last option so thank god I came across your video thank you !!!!!

I always just go to update system software and usually there is a mini update and that was the fastest way I can get back into my PS5 within minutes I just did it now and it worked

i have a bigger problem i have 8 options when i go onto safe mode and whenever i click any option it will always say error and the only option that doesn't do that is reset ps5 is there anyway i can fix this or is it a lose cause?
