Same waves as mine very pretty indeed I always find with my own hair it goes straighter on day I wash it but next day when I wet it the waves come back strong I’m new to this journey and still trying to find my way around it after many many years of wearing my hair straight

I genuinely don’t understand how everyone thinks her hair came out looking nice? I find it looks so bad I have the same texture and I found less is more when it comes to our wavy hair this looks so terrible I bet if she let it hair dry and didn’t apply so much product it would have looked way better I can’t believe everyone thinks this looks good? I’m seriously shocked, what do you guys see that I’m not?

This is almost the same texture as my waves, except mine are closer together at the bottom and almost flat at the top of my head, I seriously hate how my natural texture looks cause of people saying how messy my hair looks so I usually just brush it while wet to get straighter hair

My hair is natural gray and more curly than wavy the texture of my hair is horrible when I don’t style it Mel do you use leave in hair conditioner everytime along with the rest of products that’s the only thing I’m not using is leave in conditioner I use LUS products help 🌻🌻🌻

I love it! Growing up I would notice how my friends were able to play after a pool day or after showers and that their hair didn't become a giant puffy frizzy mess I didn't understand what I was doing wrong! They didn't put anything in their hair They didn't tie it up They didn't braid it Man I was so jealous! Later I learned mine was so different because it was wavy and curly I was so frustrated! I had to WORK to get it smooth and WORK to get it to curl! Hell, I'm 38 and still trying to figure it out! 🙄 Mel, you're a great teacher! Wish you could come do my hair!! Hahaha ☺

I have a question for you Mel, my hair is naturally curly and I went from being blonde to Brown and I noticed as it grew out, I had a lot of gray in the front and not to much in back, I couldn't see it when it was blond, so I showed the woman about 10 pictures of like dark with a lot of different color blondes and a very light blonde in the front to cover the gray What she gave me was black hair with gray highlights, I'm so pissed, I told her don't cut it unless it's uneven but she didn't listen, I said my hair curls better when it's long, she cut like two inches off charged me a hell of a lot of money, now that my hair is disgusting, is there anything I can do with the color besides wait

This is very similar to my texture, except one half of my head has tighter curls and the other is pretty flat and uneven If you’ve got this wave pattern, you know how difficult it can be to style Usually it just end up either a)poofy or b)flat and stringy I think you did a great job enhancing what she’s got ❤️

My whole life my hair has always been called frizzy by hair dressers and it is … because it’s supposed to be wavy It’s not very wavy, anything I have is lose but it’s definitely meant to be wavy and i feel like I can’t get anyone to give me the haircut I want/need
