Two factors, on separate occasions, caused me to lose hair:br1) Low in Vitamin D;br2) Bio-Identical Hormone replacement therapybrA doctor told me she recommends Vitamin D to all her patients who live in the North I had mine checked and it was at 13 It needs to be at least in the mid 30s on the low end I'm now at the high end, in the 80s After a couple months on 5000 IUs of Vitamin D and hair stopped falling outbrLater on, I began Bio-Identical HRT (pellets) and was so sorry I did I think I stopped the HRT just in time before too much scalp was showing Stopped the HRT and hair stopped falling out What I lost hasn't grown back I will finish watching the video to get tips Comment from : @cephera6874 |

This video gives me hope I used to have really thick hair, so thick I hated it! It was thick, curly, wavy, frizzy and my head got hot so easily I know it would've happened over a period of time but it was almost like I noticed one day I could see my scalp all of a sudden It was devastating It's all I notice now! My 17 year old daughter takes bath and we’ve all got Covid here at home On day 4 of Covid she got out of bath crying saying mom look my hair is falling 😢😢😢 she collected it in bath to show It was so sad So we just noticed on day 4 she brushed after bath and more came out Very very sad! Research and videos are saying this starts months later, but her loss was almost immediately She has 2 vaccine shots and we contracted Covid about a year later from our vaccines Her journey is just beginning so I don’t know end result Sad thing is she has long beautiful hair (she loves hair) and hair is her most loved thing about her self 😢Her Covid was super sick like flu for 3 days (body aches, nose and chest congestion and cough After day 4 she’s improving from Covid just cough But day 4 of Covid and taking her bath she notices clumps of hair falling! Amazing courage you have, Courtney I really appreciate the info in this vid The honesty & openness in dealing with this very personal topic is refreshing I have just recently found out how much damage silcones in hair products have done to healthy hair It is very difficult to find shampoos & conditioners without silicones these days I quit using all silicones in hair products & within 1 week my hair felt thicker & healthier It's amazing how all the silicones (any ingredient with the -one ending) somehow create an environment to thin hair I don't know the science behind it, but it looks like silicones are a real problem when thinning hair is already happening I would like to hear some other discussion surrounding silicones in haircare products Thanks again for providing so much content on this matter We really appreciate it! Literally crying watching this video! I was diagnosed with a drone tic alopecia last year after three years of being told I was experiencing telogen effluvium I have gone over thousands of videos and did research on how to salvage my hair, but nothing ever was directed specifically towards what I was going through! It’s been so emotional, and I do not feel beautiful anymore I have remained hopeful though, and I’ve just started spiro and I’m hoping for some positive results Most research I’ve found says spiro has only helped with their acne I’ve used minoxidil for a year but I’m horrible at staying consistent I do my best, but I also find the foam is difficult to apply throughout, since it’s not just one patch I’ve recently considered going back to the liquid serum Please continue to share more hair loss related videos!! I haven’t used unnatural chemicals on my head since the quality of my hair has diminished I am currently using all natural products including a hair colourant and I am taking Biotin !
