I can still see PC is way better than any other consolebut pc's are flexible to upgrade and change settingsso it should not be compared with other consolesyou can upgrade your PC every month with new hardware, drivers and adjust settings at variable lengths But a PC with same power as consoles will cost at least 3 times more

I found the PC version to be a disappointment because the game is capped at a 30HZ refresh rate if you play at a 4K resolution, that is effectively 30 fps Playing the game at 1080p gives you the option of a 60HZ refresh rate but 4K is capped at 30HZ for some reason Playing at 30HZ makes for a choppy experience and 1080p looks pretty rough when you've gotten used to 4K so there's no ideal setting My PC is capable of running this game at a higher frame rate than 30fps while at 4K so it's a shame there isn't the option for 60HZ

probably the best comparison i saw on youtube the scenes are exactly the same i hate it when someone tries to compare two devices and instead of showing the same view in those console they cut one image in half and you end up seeing the street in xbox and sky in ps4

first off pc is more detailed an clearer look at the smoke by the purse pc looks more realistic the others look so bland and if they made this from scratch for the pc you would be crying of how good it looks so quit comparing consoles with pc its in a whole nother league pc will always dominate you got so much more options and true 4k
