They actually turned the brightness down on the Xbox one version AND MADE THE RESOLUTION LOWER I own re7 on PlayStation and Xbox (and I only speedran the game on xbox, doing it on ps4 soon) and I went out of my way to see if this VERY big resolution and lighting difference was true and I just hadn't noticed it It's no This is SUPER fake I have no console bias for the new generation (even the nintendo switch, I think because of its portability it stands toe-to-toe with Xbox one and ps4) and I can easily say that either IGN is an extremely unprofessional company, or they have a bias against the Xbox

I found the PC version to be a disappointment because the game is capped at a 30HZ refresh rate if you play at a 4K resolution, that is effectively 30 fps Playing the game at 1080p gives you the option of a 60HZ refresh rate but 4K is capped at 30HZ for some reason Playing at 30HZ makes for a choppy experience and 1080p looks pretty rough when you've gotten used to 4K so there's no ideal setting My PC is capable of running this game at a higher frame rate than 30fps while at 4K so it's a shame there isn't the option for 60HZ
