You look amazing and your story is super inspiring, always been a little overweight since I was little, binging on junk food alcohol and drugs for years , I’m clean and sober now After having my son I lost 20 pounds because I focused on him so much I just stopped eating as much and for the past year I’ve been trying to eat low fat high carb and lost another 10 pounds I recently have become interested in fitness because I want to get into shape for both my physical and mental health I have been doing yoga and cycling for the past week now and I’m loving it because I feel great after I am sticking to low fat high carb whole food diet but now I’m calorie cycling because I can still eat the foods I love and not screw up my metabolism my I love my body but I want to love it more I’m finally doing something for myself, my entire life has revolved around my son for the past four years and not only do I want to be as healthy as I can for him but most of all I just want to do something for myself I’ve been clean and sober for 5 years now and I use health and wellness as my now coping mechanism Health is not a venture it’s a life long journey for me
