I have a question on this video In Scenario 2 of the Put Option, Sammy's truck encountered $10,000 of damage He exercises his put option and Suzy pays him Why does she pay him only $10,000 when the strike price is $40,000? Shouldn't she pay him $40,000 regardless of the value of his damage? Other than my question, this video is simply brilliant!
