Comparing 32 ounces of silver to one ounce of silver and talking like it's apples to applesbrYour main complaint is that it's harder to sell You're not talking about bars and roundsbrFor your next video you should compare 10 ounces of gold to 1/10th ounce silver Comment from : Corn Dog Shaun |
I'm with some of the others that there is a place for it If you are stacking, it makes sense one bar or 3215 rounds It's much cheaper to stack! But what would silver go to??? Could be hard to barter Gotta do both Comment from : David Resar |
I have several hundred of those bars in the dungeons under my castle It si guarded by a pair of manticores Although mlst of my holdings are in golds, platinum and even some Rhodium Comment from : Elias Thienpont |
My favorite is the 100oz bars Got three 100 bars Wish I can get one each week Trying to get one 100 from each brand Only get the 100's from dealers only! 10oz bars are good Don't care too much for 1oz silver bars, rounds, coins But I do have 1's I think I prefer the antique vintage classic 1oz'ers Have 1 kilo And some oddball 2's n 3's Trying to get a hundred pounds of silver Don't know current tally Comment from : Karl Taylor |
I had (3) 100 ounce bars and got rid of them when I realized they would not work well in a system down scenario Comment from : Marc Hasara (Marc Hasara) |
Like this channle, whatchya guys think of the libratads? Comment from : Mike V |
I think it's strange to say, that if a financial crisis arises, which it is, people will trust a government issued coin over another true silver round, when the government is the cause of crisis in the first place 😂😂😂 I TRUST THE SILVER NOT THE GOVERNMENT, which is exactly why I'm stacking silver Comment from : Bradley Mitchell |
If I am dumping silver, it's going to be more than a couple ounces I would rather pay the lower premium and stack more weight I like a 1:5 bar to coin ratio Comment from : Ignorant MMA |

I just traded in my bars for Silver Eagles I might do the same with my bullion grounds In a hyperinflation situation we might actually be using silver and gold to barter for necessities Somehow I think that the US silver Eagles would be ideal in such situations Comment from : Muhlenberg |
Have you ever heard of a precious metal verifier? Don't you know that coins are faked more than bars? LOL Comment from : James Chi |

Neither, buy property Comment from : bobo james |
I’ve got super varied thoughts about this I totally understand the advantages of having sovereign backed silver, which is easily recognized and holds a little bit of the premium value, but the fact that buying bars have way lower premiums and we get more weight for less money makes it really appealing to me as well I don’t plan on selling my stack anytime soon either, so I just stack both Comment from : Chitran Thirupathy |
A bar is non government montée amount of silver… what about the Canadian mint silver bars Comment from : Michel Boudreau |
I just started stacking a couple months ago and i got 2 kilo bars a couple 10 oz bars and a bunch of rounds 👌🏽 nothing like holding real money sound miney in ur hand Comment from : Miguelon |

You have a lot to say, and you're doing a great job It seems to me that you could say twice as much in half the time, though Have you considered Canadian 10 oz silver bars from their Royal Mint? Comment from : Brian Bennett |
Extremely new to this stuff, tbh I started collecting copper pennies and now I'm down this rabbit hole 😅 I was on the us mint website and was going to buy some silver coins I take it the premium you are talking about is one silver dollar was 75$ Is that the premium you are talking about compared to the current market for silver being 25$ a oz? Comment from : TheAverageSome1 |

Stack bars Comment from : Nugget |
Never liked coins Sure it's worth a lot but from across the room it looks like less than a dollar A stack of bars on the other hand is universally accepted as valuable treasure You need a coin expert to judge and grade silver coins but grab anyone from any corner of the globe and show them a stack of bars and they instantly recognize it as a lot of money Sure I know what stuff is worth but I don't want my grandkids making the mistake of thinking a $30 coin is worth $5 face value Can't make that mistake with bars as there's no face value and there's no grading or condition to maintain Comment from : z dub |

Really bad advice Gold and silver are about purity and weight Period Anything more is being a numismatists No smart stacker will pay 50 premiums for coins when they can buy rounds for 15 premium And if shtf and the government collapses, NOBODY is going to trust a government backed coin anymore than rounds Pure silver and gold are about weight Period Comment from : michaelwentzel1 |

Have just begun my metals' journey, a few months back In New Zealand, we are quite limited in coin's availibility: Mainly Britannias, Maples, & some Aussie coins I am also buying 10oz, 5oz bars (from a local merchant), as you stated, to sell & upgrade to gold, if the price increases enough May not work, but at the end of the day, will be better than leaving it in the bank Comment from : Citizen GKar |
Yes, buy it all Comment from : Florida Man |

Hey @yankee stacking So lets say the lights went out and all tech communication(No phones or electronics, TV) And so on and so on happened? How would the price of each of our silver coins be determined to use for buying Would it be what ever the last spot price was before the electric went out or the average premium silver and gold was selling at when the lights went out Because we both know you will not be able to get cash in this type of situation There are a lot of people that don't even know what silvers value is Honest question And yes I stack, Mostly Silver brbrLove your vids man Keep it up Comment from : Fatal Error Gaming |
Hi I want buy one kilo of silver on line do u have any idea which web and company that you trust Comment from : Mohamed Emam |
I am new and it’s just hard for me to want to pay more for less silver I’m also more drawn to bars I think in a crisis beggars can’t be choosers either Also if your not looking to flip anytime soon and your just holding, I’d think bars are a good investment Comment from : FLmetalhead |

How much can you sell them for, if you buy a $30 1oz $1 coin (or however much they cost), do you get your money back on them? Comment from : Luke Stone |
I'm a bar guy I literally own 1 silver eagle (although I do want a tube of eagles, just to have the actually currency form of silver) brbrThe way I look at it, as Its all silver As long as its silver, I'm in it to save my money, hedge, and make a profit eventually(not expecting huge profits) brbrSo why spend all this extra money on Silver Eagles and Maple Leafs? A tube of Eagles at my dealer cost 5 hundred something, and a tube of Sunshine mint costs 4 hundred some At the end of the day, its silver Thats my point of view Comment from : Mathias Kanuck |
Coin,Bar don't matter any shape our size as long as the Price Is Right I've been stacking off and on for twenty years Comment from : Steven Irwin |
So this is a stupid question but if you took that big silver bar into a pawn shop, would they give you the current price of silver for it or like try and only pay 50 Because no way am I going to buy silver if pawn shops wont pay the current market value of silver, like say if it was 20 dollars an ounce I only ask because I havent bought silver before and only want to buy it so some day in future I can sell it Comment from : Contend For the Faith |
it's beautiful!!! Comment from : Sam Matsusaka |
my reason for collecting the big bars is the premium is the lowestI also think the silver price will go through the roof that's when I intend to buy big ticket items with it like land, I will also melt into bullets for trade I only buy Perth mint and pamp bars with certificates anywaysmy two cents Comment from : Logan Campbell |
Im going to keep stacking till I see my roof start to crack due to weight 🙃 Comment from : 5500rpmvtecpower |
Another newbie question if I may Is there a more trusted non-government mint out there than others? I buy Sunshine Mint, Silver Towne, Pamp and Valcambi Thoughts? Thanks! Comment from : Jeff Leonhardt |
I'm new to stacking, but I was curious If you pay a higher premium on Eagles, Maple Leaves and Britannias for the same amount of silver as, say, a 1 kilo bar, is it not possible that when a SHTF moment occurs the favoritism that government minted coins carry now goes away when it becomes all about the metal, not the mint? Comment from : Jeff Leonhardt |
A nickel gee you drive a hard bargain Comment from : JP |
