Sir, I don't have diabetes or thyroid I have no diseases and I'm a 32 year old female and no matter how healthy I eat I always feel hungry and I exercise also but still I am unable to keep my weight down Im on psychiatric meds but I've checked with my doctor and she said she hasn't put me on appetite inducing drugs so why am I not successful? I usually eat some missing foods before the day I juice fast ( weekly once) , so that the cells get time to clean off the load and rejuvenate bron the day I fast , I won’t do exercise brAlso, on a daily basis, to get rid off the cravings, I observed that having LAUNG or cloves is beneficial It suppresses the desire to eat and its nature of giving warmth and spicy ness is little addictive However it’s good for the microbes and it also acts like blood thinner I checked my sugars and they are under perfect control please evaluate and include this data if it’s useful appreciate ur review br(TRP-75) Comment from : @KBS506 |
