Speaking as someone who has hired many dozens of people from entry level to senior managers over the years, I can confirm a lot of your advice is spot on However, if anyone speaks with the volume and tone that you do is highly unlikely to get hired I suspect that’s not how you would ordinarily speak and it is so important to balance passion and enthusiasm with volume, pitch and tone Apologies if I’ve missed it from your back catalogue but why not do a video on that
