Between min 8 and 9 the interviewer re-interpreted what Sandra said and in doing so completely missed a critical point of human behavior To paraphrase, Sandra said the an interviewer excludes people they can't relate to It is a cultural issue This interviewer twisted that to say "unsafe" and he clearly loved his narrative change and kept on with it It has nothing to do with feeling unsafe People work best (in most cases) with other people they can relate to Its just part of the human condition Nothing to be ashamed of
